My mouse is stuck on scroll
WebFor about 3-5 seconds my mouse wont scroll or click but I can move it around. The curser cant click on text boxes and when it allows you to scroll again it jumps up on the webpage from where you were stuck at. It happens irregularly and at random and I'm pretty sure you can scroll in other apps during the time when the mouse wont work in chrome.
